The Flagler Palm Coast volleyball team hosted Calvary Christian Academy on Tuesday, September 20th. The FPC Bulldogs took the game in three straight sets, 25-14, 25-14, and 25-16, giving the CCA Lions no chance to make a comeback. Flagler Palm Coast was led offensively by freshman Marina Carlisi (#27) with 5 kills and 9 aces. She also recorded 11 digs in 3 sets played. Sophomore Dyllis Mballesube (#7) and Junior Bekken Mills (#14) attacked strongly as well, with 6 and 5 kills each, respectively. While maintaining an offensive edge throughout the game, Flagler Palm Coast also kept a rock solid defense. Senior Jada Pavlow (#21) led the Bulldogs’ defense with 11 digs and 17 service receptions. Junior Marci Seay (#4) contributed defensively as well with 16 digs and 8 service receptions. The HS Sports Player of the Game is Marina Carlisi.
